I'lam Media Center currently organizes "The Little Journalist" project in cooperation with The Tsadik Foundation and the social service department in the municipality of Nazareth. The project’s coordinator is Rawan Abbas. This project aims to find creative energies among children who come from homes where parents struggle with addiction. We work with the children to guide them to become young journalists.
Through the project the children acquire tools which enable them to consume media critically, in addition to developing their writing skills, enabling them a creative outlet to express their thoughts and problems.
The project is accompanied by a creative journal to which the participating children contribute.
So far, two issues have been published.
