I`lam will be organising a tour for journalists in `Akka on Sunday, April 25 2010 with partner NGO, Al-Yater.
The tour will be an opportunity to meet the Arab residents of `Akka and learn about the challenges the community is facing.
The tour will run from 10am-5pm and we will meet at 10am at the ‘Aroma’ Coffee-shop at the entrance to Akka. Chartered Bus transport has been organised from Tel Aviv. The bus will depart from Tel Aviv Central Train Station (also known as Arlozorov/Savidor Merkaz) at 8am.
Following findings and recommendations of I’lam’s last tour for journalists, we have organised for there to be an English translator present.
See the schedule and other information on the tour in English below. You may download the full invitation with all programme details in Arabic/English.
